Customer Data

The SyncQ application allows users to connect HubSpot and QuickBooks and sync data between the two systems. SyncQ does not store your CRM or accounting data. While your data is displayed via the SyncQ interface, all data transfer happens directly between HubSpot and QuickBooks using industry-standard secure connection mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, HTTPS/TLS).

We collect only the HubSpot account details, user ID, and email address necessary for maintaining SyncQ licenses. We do not collect any other customer business data beyond what is required for the sync to function.

Data Security

All API tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC encryption with per-subscriber keys
All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
OAuth 2.0 is used for all HubSpot and QuickBooks authentication
Access to our systems is restricted by IP whitelisting and multi-factor authentication
We regularly review and update our security practices

Information Sharing

SyncQ does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists or personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
