Connect QuickBooks to Get Started
SyncQ is an Intuit-authorized application. Connect your QuickBooks company to start building your custom mappings and sync your data with HubSpot.
Master Admin access required. The QuickBooks user connecting must have Master Admin privileges in QuickBooks Online.
One-time login. Once connected, you won't need to log in to QuickBooks again unless you disconnect.
Secure OAuth. You'll be redirected to QuickBooks to authorize SyncQ. No passwords are stored.

Import Existing Records
Bring your existing QuickBooks data into HubSpot. Import each entity type in the correct order — customers first, then products, then transactions that reference them.
Data may be overwritten if field mappings don't match correctly. Double-check your mappings before importing.
Duplicates may be created if matching criteria aren't set up properly. Verify a few records at slow speed first.
